LET'S VOLUNTEER
Yougan Tamang is the Founder of iVolunteerYOU- IVY. He is the Sikkim State Awardee, he was conferred with the Sikkim Sewa Samman by the Government of Sikkim in the year 2013. Presently he is a UGC Senior Research Fellow and pursuing his Ph.D. He is a researcher, philanthropist, writer and a singer. He has written few articles on the cultures of Sikkim and has attended International conferences viz, International Union of Anthropological and Ethnological Sciences, World Congress held at Manchester, United Kingdom and the 'Youth for Peace" workshop held at Bangkok, Thailand. He is also working with various social organisations of Sikkim and around. He is also an online volunteer of an International organization based at New Papua Guinea 'Seeds Theatre Group Inc'. He is associated with various social campaigns as Anti-Smoking, Anti-Human trafficking, Rights of the Alternative Sexualities, HIV-AIDS Awareness and Advocacy Campaigns etc.
